An eligible managed session can be moved online only when both the existing and replacement sessions are more than 48 hours away and a suitable place is available. Cancellation, refunds, credits and changes inside that window need Fuse staff review. Private hire and club changes use their agreed staff process.

The organiser books and pays for the group first. They can share a private invitation link or review individual email invitations before sending. Each guest signs in with their own verified email, confirms their own place and completes their own current waiver. Payment and invitations do not sign a waiver or replace staff admission.
