A plain-English summary of how Fuse Saunas handles booking, account, payment and analytics information.
What we collect
We collect the details needed to run your booking or enquiry: name, email, optional phone number, selected session, payment route, membership status, private hire details and account sign-in information.
Payments and processors
Card payments and memberships are handled by Stripe. The site stores booking and membership records but does not store full card numbers. Email confirmations are sent through the email provider used by Fuse Saunas.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies keep sign-in, booking security and account sessions working. These cannot be switched off through the site because the booking and membership flow depends on them.
Analytics cookies
If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics helps Fuse understand consented page visits, contact clicks, booking steps and verified purchases so the site can be improved. Names, email addresses, waiver answers and private booking links are excluded.
Your choices
You can reject analytics cookies and still use the site. Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw your choice at any time, or contact Fuse Saunas about your booking/account information.
