One booking covers the heat-and-cold format
A standard £15, 50-minute Fuse session gives you the sauna and optional cold-plunge experience. You do not need to buy a separate ice-bath ticket. Choose your own pace through the heat, cold and social space.
Compare the formats, then the dates
Choose Ritual & Recovery for a lightly guided visit, Unplugged for silence or Her for a women-only setting. Monthly Social, Release and Ceremony events have separate formats and published booking details; they are not interchangeable standard-session tickets.
Bring a friend without losing track of places
Choose the actual number of places available at your preferred public time. Each attendee has their own details and waiver. For the whole space, use private hire, where the organiser pays the group’s base price and guests join afterwards.
