Corporate wellbeing sauna sessions in Nottingham
Fuse Saunas can support private heat and ice sessions for teams that want a healthier, more memorable wellbeing experience.
Find the Nottingham venue
Fuse is at 19 Daleside Road, Nottingham NG2 3GJ, at The Yard @ Advantage Padel. Use the route planner for current travel information before leaving.
Private booking is for the whole group. Published times can be booked at the displayed price; if no suitable time is published, send an enquiry without payment. Each guest joins their own place and completes their own waiver.
Give Fuse the practical team brief
Tell Louise your proposed date, duration, number of actual attendees and the type of visit you want. Published private slots use £150 for 90 minutes or £200 for 120 minutes. Other times begin as unpaid enquiries, with genuine availability still to be confirmed.
Keep organiser payment and individual attendance separate
The organiser may pay without attending. Each actual participant joins with their own details and current waiver, and staff check people in individually. Share the arrival guide so everybody knows the blue-gate/back-car-park route and five-minute early arrival request.
Review extras and any funding arrangement explicitly
Music, Sauna Master ceremony and pizza are separately itemised and need supplier confirmation plus organiser approval. If the business needs an organiser-funded or invoiced arrangement, discuss the actual agreement with Louise before assuming a published checkout can be paid later.
Corporate Wellbeing Sauna Nottingham FAQs
Answers for people comparing local sauna, cold plunge and private hire options.
Can a business pay while employees complete their own details?
Yes. The organiser can fund the group booking while each actual attendee supplies their own identity and waiver.
Does a corporate enquiry reserve the date?
No. It is an unpaid request until availability and the booking arrangement are confirmed.
Can our company assume invoice payment is available at checkout?
Confirm any invoiced or organiser-funded agreement with Louise. Published private slots normally require full organiser payment to reserve.
