Booking and payment

• Public sessions are paid in full online when you book.
• Active paid members can book eligible public sessions without paying again online when signed in to the Fuse account that owns the membership allowance.
• Move the same booking online only when both the current session and the new session are more than 48 hours away. At 48 hours or less, or for a cancellation, refund or credit request, contact Fuse for team review at its discretion; no automatic refund or credit is promised.
• Published private-hire slots are paid in full online. Enquiries require no payment and do not reserve a slot; Fuse confirms availability and terms before payment. Existing deposits stay attached to their original bookings.

Cancellations and changes

Move the same booking online only when both the current session and the new session are more than 48 hours away. At 48 hours or less, or for a cancellation, refund or credit request, contact Fuse Saunas for team review at its discretion; no automatic refund, credit or capacity release is promised. The terms confirmed at checkout govern your booking.

Private hire

Published private-hire slots are paid in full online. For other times, send an enquiry; an enquiry alone does not reserve a slot. Fuse confirms availability, capacity, extras, total and any remaining balance before payment.

Waiver signing

Customers must complete the current approved waiver before participating and renew it every 12 months. A new approved waiver version may require signing again.

Health and safety

Sauna and cold plunge are not suitable for everyone. Do not attend if you feel unwell, faint, feverish, dehydrated or affected by alcohol. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition affected by heat or cold, get medical advice before booking.
